Welcome to our fundraising page!  We are honored to be part of the ASPCA Ambassadors program, a grass-roots fundraising campaign for the ASPCA.

This book, this entire project, was conceptualized and designed as a fundraiser.  Doug and I are committed to keeping this entire project as a fundraiser - even as it expands and grows (we  hope)!

The ASPCA is dedicated to animals and animal rights.  They are committed to stopping animal cruelty and abuse.  Did you know that annually five to seven MILLION animals are turned into shelters and sadly, three to four MILLION of those animals are euthanized due to space constraints or lack of resources.  That staggers me - three to four million companion animals die needlessly every year. 

Phoebe, our amazing dog, is a shelter dog.  We cannot imagine life without her.  We would like EVERY dog and cat to find forever homes with people who will love and care for them.  This is why we have joined the Ambassadors program to raise funds for the ASPCA - surely companion animals enrich our lives as much as we enrich theirs.

For every book sold, we will donate 20% of the net profit to the ASPCA.
